The IT-ITeS Sector Skills Council of nasscom, in collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), is hiring a Power BI Analyst for its FutureSkills Prime (FSP) digital skilling initiative in Noida. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this operational data role acts as the primary gatekeeper and bridging link between core business units and external technology data vendors. Rather than just making simple aesthetic charts, you will take full ownership of end-to-end data integrity—performing hard reconciliation checks between raw database extracts and Power BI semantic models, optimizing complex DAX code, writing Power Automate workflows to bypass manual processing, and structuring compliance-ready reports that meet strict government auditing frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative analytical field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience operating as a dedicated data analyst or business intelligence developer inside enterprise analytics environments.
• High proficiency inside the Power BI ecosystem, demonstrating reliable hands-on capability writing complex DAX calculations, designing star-schema data models, and constructing clean business dashboards.
• Strong analytical background identifying data anomalies, isolating upstream system discrepancies, and conducting exhaustive source-versus-dashboard audits (comparing database raw extracts directly against BI visual aggregates).
• Verified operational familiarity with Power Automate to architect automated alert triggers, data integration routines, and scheduled reporting workflows.
• Proven ability to interface with external vendor engineering squads—translating abstract business demands into precise data specifications, logging code anomalies, and tracking resolution Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Solid conceptual grasp of data governance principles, row-level security best practices, and the structured attention to detail required to format reports for formal government audits and validation reviews.
• Refined soft skills to translate raw telemetry rows into clear, structured business narratives and recommendations for senior leadership and international stakeholders.
